Boot Camp

Danielle's 2 week boot camp!

Ok, so I'm not really a boot camp kind of girl, but this is my plan for the next two weeks to increase my cardiovascular abilities before heading to the thin thin air of Alaska.

30 min on our treadmill with a nearly max incline every day that I dont do Volleyball or Hiking.

Yesterday I actually did both! WooHoo!

So far I've already taken 1 day off, Sunday was a big shopping day for my AK trip and that took away all my energy (and I HAD to see the new X-Men movie).

Sunday: Shopping
Monday: Bike ride
Tuesday: 15 min on treadmill (so far and its only 10 am).

Wednesday: Volleyball
Thursday: Dont remember, so probably didn't workout.
Friday: Didnt work out.
Saturday: 2 hour hike at a breakneck pace.
Sunday: Nothing
Monday: 30 min on treadmill
