Down an inch
I don't want to jinx my progress, but I've lost an inch from my waist! bye-bye! I don't know if I've worked out any more than I did before, but I am definitely eating more veggies and not eating right before I go to bed. I think that is helping a lot. And I'm loving my soup. I just made a curry soup. Yum. I love the smell. I'm hoping the light in the evening and warmer weather will make it easier to get out and walk or bike after work more often.

A whole inch! Good job!
This deadwood vacation is turning into a lot of walking, I think I am getting much more exercise than 30 min on the treadmill.
Awesome Karen...I've noticed that inches take a lot longer to reduce than pounds so 1 inch IS a lot!
Don't measure your waist while it's the time of the month, it will fluctuate.
I don't think I'll measure again for another month. I had noticed some pants were getting loose. But I still haven't been able to get into my smaller pants. And I'm not even dreaming of going any smaller.
