Haven't post forever!

I have some new goals.
To be at 150 by Aug. 12th 2008.
Drink 10 glasses of water a day!


Since I'm having a baby I haven't worked out at all. I have been trying to eat healthy but I'm always hungry because of this little guy. If anyone wants to have a cooking day some weekend we can all cook over at my house.

10 Glasses a day! Good luck! I get in about 3-4 16 oz glasses a day right now. Maybe you will motivate me to step it up a bit!

I was bored at home the other day and was thinking how I could make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day...so I made a schedule...kinda silly I know.

--Here it is--
- 1glass: 7-8am (breakfast)
- 2 glasses: 9-11am (mid-morning)
- 1 glass: 11-12 (lunch)
- 3 glasses: 12-5pm (mid-afternoon)
- 1 glass: 5-7pm (dinner)

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are the easiest ones to do since you'll be drinking something anyway. You can substitute water with some low-calorie flavored water.

The mid-morning/afternoon require a bit more discipline, start by just drinking 1 glass of water at those times instead and then increase it. Your body will ask you for water after a while.

This has worked for me so far.

Well reading this post has made me drink a big glass of water right now, so that helps!
