argh.

I quit working out last week. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I haven't lost a stinking pound. It doesn't seem to matter how much I work out or how much I'm losing inches I want the number to go down...

So, this week, I'm cutting most of my carbs out. I'm going to start working out again. Maybe add more weight lifting... I'm not sure. But, I tell you what I'm so frustrated at being fat that as I finished off the last of a bag of Diritos on Saturday morning that I actually felt good... LOL. Then I followed it up with two pieces of cheesecake. I didn't gain a pound either. I guess that's good...

I just want something to change. I want to fit into that beautiful new suit that's hanging in my closet waiting to be worn...

Better to have fallen off the wagon, then never got on in the first place... Like me.

I hear you, its hard! I'm finally back in town to stay for the foreseable future, but still have lots going on. Family visiting, Birthday parties for friends and for myself...

I know I will have time to get on the work out wagon with you and I still strive for healthy meals.

And by the way, how come no one ever finishes off a bag of grapes, or veggies... :)

My kids ALWAYS eat all the grapes... ;)

You know - I think I'm just meant to be fat. That's all there is to it. Unless I drastically reduce my calorie intake, I'm not going to drop any lbs. I'm about to start taking meth just to watch the lbs drop...

I was just looking through pictures last night (cuz I was supposed to be cleaning my office at home, so of course I was looking through old photos) and you know what.. you look so much better than you did when you lived in NY. Not quite as good as the Pi Kapp Pictures, but you have made progress in your weight and health.

And in NY you didnt have any children!

So don't be too discouraged, if you can make some permanent habit changes in working out and eating healthy, those will last longer than if you lost 5 lbs this week.

And no matter what everyone else thinks your Grega thinks you are beautiful.
