I hurt already and it's 9:30.

And here's a current weigh-in: Today 209. Talk about sucky. I was at 206 on Saturday. It's PMS -- totally, so I hope that it'll go away just as quick as it came.
Oh yeah - does everyone have a fitday account? I keep mine accurate - do you? It's here...

I worked out this morning! I was going to work out last night...but cooking was calling. I'm hoping to get my butt out of bed on a regular basis for a while to get my workout in the morning since as usual, working out after work hasn't been working. Thats a lot of work! ;-)
I set my alarm at 6:00AM to exercise today and woke up at 5:30 to grab a drink of water. I realized that I wouldn't be able to go back to bed for 30 minutes so ... no I didn't go work out instead I went back to bed and reset my alarm for 6:30AM. After hitting the snooze a couple of times, I got up at 6:45AM to exercise and thought there was no way I was going to make it and still get some breakfast in...but it worked out perfectly.
I was at work at 8:40AM (about 10-15 mins later than usal).
I think when I do cardio and have to wash my hair, I'll wake up at 6:30AM and when I do weights I'll wake up at 6:45AM. I don't have enough weights at home to make me break out a good solid sweat :-)

I however did not. I am working on getting to bed earlier, 11:30 last night, that felt pretty good. But I snoozed my alarm for an hour and didn't get out of bed till 8!
I was exhausted yesterday afternoon after I was so proud of my morning workout. Ended up going to bed before 10 even! Skipped on the morning workout today mainly because I was happy my headache was gone and my neck didn't hurt anymore so I slept in even longer. Hopefully tonight I'll workout.
I worked out twice this week!
