Time: Less than 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Pasta (I used Ziti, but you can use anything)
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan Cheese
- Any other veggies you have in the house
- Cook Pasta
- Saute Onions and Mushrooms in Olive Oil til done
- Mix cooked pasta, sauted vegetables, and shredded parmesan cheese
