How hard is it to write down everything you eat in a day? Not too hard, but how much easier to just take a photo of each meal :)

I don't have a cell phone plan that lets me get photos off my cell phone....
SO I can't really do this. Maybe I will get one of those cables, but then its not so easy to journal my food.
