I feel like I haven't done anything. I really need to start working out more. My parents came down here so all I have been doing is eating. And I feel it. I haven't went on the scale yet since I know I don't want to see the number.
Cleaning the house counts as working out right? LOL Because it seems like I do that all the time. I just signed up to go workout every Thrusday night so that should help me.
Here's is what I would like to do:
Want to be at 145 at Aug. 12th my b-day.
I want to work out 3 times a week.

This year is about getting my sanity back. Getting my health my house and my family into a better place by deliberate incremental changes in all areas of my life.

Cleaning the house is definitely exercise, but I'm not sure it counts as much as cardio, pilates or weightlifting.
If you don't actually work up a sweat (like Brandon and I did when we rearranged furniture in our living room Friday) I don't count it.
Congrats on getting out here with us, I know we can inspire each other, Mel is doing a pretty good job of inspiring me, I read that Jenny Craig weightloss blog and it was good to read about Valerie's success.
