Instead of talking about how much we ate (fudge, chicken, stuffing....) lets talk about how much we exercised!
Anyone manage to get in some? I did ONE a treadmill, weights and crunches workout on Sunday. Felt nice.

While I can honestly say I didn't gorge myself or even over eat, working out was more of a challenge since we were out of town. While we were in a car for 9 hours, we didn't eat one bite of fast food on the road. So, pretty pleased with myself all-in-all. Plus I'm proud of the homemade millet stuffing I made-up.
We were able to get a walk in after our Thanksgiving meal. It was a little short compared to previous years because of the drop in temperature. Keep in mind, previous year's walks have clocked in at around 3.5 miles.
Thats it.
Our planned workout on Saturday after we were back home was skipped because we ended up cleaning our house right until my family arrived. But that counts for something too.
Well even a short walk is better than my 0 exercise on thanksgiving day!
